*Yearly Reserved is a term used to indicate vendors that have participated in our annual auction and have purchased reservation rights for specific spaces. Yearly Reserved spaces can only be purchased one time per year at our auction.
This fee guarantees your space until 7:00 AM. If you fail to be here by 7:00 AM the space will be given to another vendor on a first come first serve basis. The earliest Monthly Reservations can be made is the first Sunday of each month and they can be made throughout the month for that month only.
Important! The City of Glendale requires you to have a CITY RESALE TAX LICENSE. If you don’t have one there is an additional fee of $20.00 per weekend. If you are only selling on one day the fee is still $20.00. A yearly license is available through the City of Glendale (see below).

• Sales of any cold beverage are prohibited and all chip products.
• Sales of any weapon including but not limited to guns, cross-bows, mace, and any knife prohibited by law are also prohibited. Sales of alcohol or tobacco products are also prohibited.
• Sale of any counterfeit clothing, music or movies are prohibited
• Vendors are required to have all required State, County and Local permits to sell
• Sale of any hazardous materials and tires requires the vendor to submit their driver’s license to Swap Meet management. The license will be returned upon inspection of space when vendor is leaving for the day.
